BSPL today is a one-stop-solution provider for all switchgear andautomation needs for its customers. In our 28th year of operation, we have created our core competency with OEMs ranging from packaging, SPMs, water treatment, hoisting, etc. along with panel builders and end-users. We have expertise in industrial automation and as a result lots of system integrators as well as EPCs also find us suitable partner for process and plant automation. Do you have any plan to get in to medium- and high-voltage switchgear segments?
We are likely to enter into MV switchgear segment by 2018 end. Also, we plan to start integration for LHP VFD panels in this year.

Apart from offering products, do you provide technical supports?
Yes, we have a dedicated service team which provides our customers with any possible support related to industrial automation, switchgear and metering products. We believe in having techno-commercial engineers who could close all customer issues, there and then.
Are you going to enhance your geographical presence?
Indeed, we have already started with the same and have started our operation in Haridwar(Uttarakhand) since past 2 years. But with GST being implemented in the nation thoroughly we shall focus more on improving our services from our home-location.Though our service network is available thru out the nation in ties with our principal partners and we manage to attend all service issues within 24-48 hours.
What’s your key objectives for FY19?
We wish to grow with minimum CAGR of 20 per cent in FY18-19, keeping our bottom-line and basics intact. With the same positive spirit and zeal to work with all our stakeholders and creating an extra edge for our customers. At BSPL, we believe that our customers and patrons shall always go back with something new in their minds, once they visit us.
