Mumbai based electrical distribution player Vashi Electricals participated in the Asia’s biggest electricals expo, ELECRAMA. Interestingly, Vashi Electricals is also in its ruby anniversary and is completing 40 years of delightful and electrifying service to the industry. Dressed in the 40 years celebration theme, the stall attracted more than 10,000 visitors from different business fraternity such as OEMs, CPMs, multinationals, automation companies, project giants and engineering units.
At the expo, Vashi Electricals also announced the kick-start of its new business verticals such as institutional sales, solar business and international trade. Vashi’s 40 years’ diversified experience in the electrical business has been instrumental for venturing into these new verticals.
Sharing his views on the expo and on the new business arenas, Madan Dodeja, CEO of Vashi Electricals, said, “Our new verticals of business such as solar business and international business are in line with our growth agenda to reach every industrial town and city of the country and to cater to clients overseas. The main focus is to provide sustainable and complete solutions to our engineering customers. It’s definitely a step forward towards exponential growth and take Indian industrial market to new heights. For us, innovation and delightful customer service is the order of the day.”
Explaining more on what makes Vashi Electricals different from the other channel partners, Mr Madan adds, “We stand for very transparent and ethical value. In every transaction we see what value addition we can bring to the customers. Our all business policies are customer-centric. So, we see in every relation we build very strong relationship, we add value to their business and this cycle continues. We have very specific process to see that the customers are satisfied every day; we have pipeline management so that in 2, 3 hours the whole order process gets completed and they get the materials. More than 80 per cent of the orders are dispatched on the same day. We focus on service ratio on delighting the customers through services. We’ve very strong artificial intelligence in our process which helps the customers be assured that we will get the material in time and he will be able to complete his projects and orders in time.”

Today whoever wants any specific electrical items which are not available in any part of country, we are ready to satisfy those requirements on the same day. Started in September 2017, we have already started receiving few orders from Australia, Thailand, Africa, and Israel. Now, we have an ambitious plan to spread our wings at least across the SAARC countries, the African countries, and the Middle East through our e-commerce portal.”
