NLC India Ltd plans to invest ₹1,250 bn ($15 bn) by 2030 to increase its power generation capacity from 6.7 GW to 20 GW over five years.
NLC India Ltd announced plans to invest ₹1,250 bn (approximately $15bn) by 2030 to increase its total power generation capacity from 6.7 GW to 20 GW over the next five years. The company plans to invest ₹65,000 crore ($7.6bn) in renewable energy and green technology projects, with ₹15,000 crore allocated for battery energy storage systems (BESS). ₹45,000 crore is for thermal power developments and ₹15,000 crore supports mining operations as part of its integrated energy production model.
