Thermo Cables eyeing competitive edge with new E-beam curing process

Continuing with our strength in manufacturing of speciality cables, we have recently installed electron beam irradiated curing process.

Keeping pace with technological advancement, recently the company has enhanced its manufacturing strength. Continuing with our strength in manufacturing of speciality cables, we have recently installed electron beam irradiated curing process and also added XLPO and rubber compound to our existing PVC compounding facility. This will give an edge over our competitors.”

Advantages of E-beam curing process
Today cables are manufactured with precision meeting various national and international standards as these are used for very critical applications. Nagula explains the advantages of E-beam curing process over other curing processes as follows:
• Improves electro-mechanical properties of the cable.
• Extended life of the product.
