Visit the Yokogawa booth to experience the future of power measurement

Experience unmatched accuracy and efficiency with our advanced instruments at Elasia 2024.

Accurate measurement and management of power and efficiency are paramount in the dynamic landscape of industrial power systems. The quest for precision and reliability in these measurements drives innovation in instrumentation technology.

High-precision measurements

Our range of instruments boasts industry-leading accuracy, ensuring your power measurements are as precise as possible. With a best-in-class essential power accuracy of ±0.03 percent, our high-precision power analysers deliver unparalleled reliability in data collection. Equipped with advanced calculation functions and up to 7 inputs, including 10 MS/s 18-bit capabilities, these analysers empower users with comprehensive insights into their systems.

Current management

Efficient current management is essential for optimising system performance and ensuring operational integrity. Our Current Clamp-On Probe 751552 offers high-precision measurements across a wide dynamic range, from 0.001 arms to 1,000 arms (AC), with a highly-precise basic accuracy of ±0.3 percent of reading. It is designed for versatility and supports a wide measurement frequency range of 30 Hz to 5 kHz, making it suitable for various applications.

Additionally, our AC/DC Current Sensor CT2000A/CT1000A/CT1000/CT200/CT60 provides flexibility to accurately measure both large DC and AC currents. With integrated current output models and compatibility with leading power analysers such as the WT Series and PX8000, these sensors offer seamless integration into existing systems.

Transient event analysis

Understanding transient events is crucial for diagnosing system anomalies and optimising performance. Our high-speed data capture function enables numerical data acquisition every 5 ms, facilitating real-time analysis of transient power phenomena. Coupled with waveform capture at a 100 MS/s sample rate and 20 MHz bandwidth, our solutions empower users to identify and address transient events swiftly and effectively.

Trend analysis

Our instruments go beyond mere measurement, offering advanced trend analysis capabilities to extract meaningful insights from data. The trend function calculates numerical values for each cycle, allowing users to track voltage/current waveforms and instantaneous power waveforms over time. This functionality provides a valuable context for performance monitoring and predictive maintenance, enhancing overall system efficiency and reliability.

Our power and efficiency measurement solutions stand at the forefront of industry excellence in an era of relentless innovation and rapid technological advancement.
