The 7th edition of Windergy India, an international trade fair and conference is set to take place at Chennai Trade Centre in Chennai, India, from 29-31 October.
India’s wind energy landscape is undergoing a steady transformation, with states making significant advancements in generating clean energy. Ranking fourth globally in terms of installed capacity, India’s figures rose from 48.16 GW in 2024 to 51.5 GW in the current year. Gujarat’s move to the pole position contributed 26 per cent of the nation’s total wind energy production with an installed capacity of 13,624.78 MW.
