600 MW Hydro Power Plant of NEEPCO synchronises its last unit

150 mw unit 4 of lament hydroelectric project synchronised with the grid. With this accomplishment the goal of 600mw Kameng hydroelectric power is achieved.

NEEPCO has successfully synchronized the fourth generating unit of 150 MW (unit-4) of its giant 600 MW Kameng Hydro Power Plant with the grid on 19th Jan 2021. Units-1, 2, and 3 of 150 MW each have already been commissioned earlier in June, July 2020 and Jan 2021 respectively.
