COSMA AWARD: Honouring the innovations and indigenisation in the electrical industry

Cosma was established in 1988 with four members. The main idea was to create healthy competition and friendly competitors by avoiding animosity.
Started by four eminent control panel builders, today only one of the four, Satish Kazi, the founder president and current chairman emeritus, is among us here.
Cosma has expanded to become an association for all of India, with over 400-panel builders as members.
The idea of the Cosmo Awards was initiated in 2013, with a grand convention in Mumbai. Thereafter, the awards function is celebrated every other year, alternately in Mumbai and Bengaluru. This year the function was held at Hotel Meluha, Hiranandani Garden, Powai, Mumbai, 400 076, and was hosted by Elmeasure India Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru.
