CyanConnode Secures its Largest Contract for 6.5 Million Communication Modules for Smart Metering in India, Contract Includes Omnimesh Modules, Advanced Metering Infrastructure, and Comprehensive Support, with Installation Expected to be Complete in 27 Months and a 93-month Support Period.

CyanConnode Pvt. Ltd., a leading provider of narrowband radio frequency (RF) smart mesh networks, has been awarded a significant contract for the supply of 6.5 million communication modules for smart metering in India. This contract marks the company’s largest order to date and strengthens its position as a key player in India’s ambitious smart metering rollout.

The Letter of Award (LOA) has been received from a global partner, underscoring CyanConnode’s proven expertise and long-standing collaboration with leading industry players. The contract includes the supply of Omnimesh Modules, Advanced Metering Infrastructure, Standards-Based Hardware, Omnimesh Head-End Software, a Perpetual License, and a comprehensive Support and Maintenance Contract.

The smart metering projects associated with this contract are spread across various locations in India, with the supply of modules expected to begin in the second half of FY ‘25. The installation phase for each project is projected to be completed within 27 months, followed by a 93-month Support and Maintenance period.
