MSEDCL introduces missed call, SMS service for power failure complaints

State energy minister Nitin Raut on Friday directed the state power utility firm, MSEDCL to make it convenient for over 1.5 crore residential consumers across state to register complaints regarding power failure from home.
Accordingly, the MSEDCL has come up with its quick, missed call and SMS service for its consumers to register complaints regarding the power failure through their mobile phone. The facility was started from Friday, said MSEDCL chief spokesperson Anil Kamble.
