NTPC exhibits sustainable Indian power sector at Nurture Nature

At the Nurture Nature Exhibition in Bengaluru, NTPC illustrated the Indian power sector’s sustainable transition. The exhibition chronicles NTPC’s illustrious development of the Indian power sector and its shift to renewable energy sources.
The NTPC stall highlighted its different sustainable initiatives by fusing creativity and technology through panels, corporate videos, gesture-flipbooks, games, brochures, etc. The exhibition will be held from January 29 to January 31. By taking part in the Nature Nurture Exhibition as part of the G20 summit, NTPC Ltd. will demonstrate its sustainable transition to green energy.
On January 30, Alok Kumar, Secretary, Ministry of Power, paid a visit to the NTPC booth and praised the cutting-edge installations. Earlier, on January 29, S.N. Sahai, Director General of the Power Foundation, and Vivek Dewangan, IAS, CMD, REC, officially inaugurated the NTPC stall. At the NTPC booth, Harjit Singh, CGM (CC), welcomed the dignitaries.
The display shows NTPC’s illustrious development of the Indian power industry and its shift to renewable energy sources. Everyone enjoyed the interactive installation, and it kept the visitors engaged. A hologram display illustrating NTPC’s transformation process across numerous renewable energy plants across India. The main draw of the stall is a chronological wall that highlights the rich history of NTPC going back to its founding in 1975.
All individuals who were in attendance at the show found the “Power Run Game” to be entertaining. Both kids and adults were observed participating in the interactive game. Winners of this game received a bobblehead of “Kawach,” the NTPC Safety Mascot.
A catapult commitment wall is also constructed to make the stall more interactive and to encourage visitors to practise energy conservation in their daily lives. The NTPC booth highlighted its different sustainability projects using a combination of creativity and technology, including panels, corporate videos, a gesture flipbook, games, pamphlets, etc.
