PSUs unite to enhance vigilance practices ahead of awareness week

Chief vigilance officers collaborate for innovative solutions in preparation for vigilance awareness week 2023.

In preparation for Vigilance Awareness Week 2023, twelve PSUs and organisations affiliated with the Ministry of Power collaboratively engaged in a brainstorming session titled ‘Best Practices in Vigilance Administration, including Innovative Systemic Improvements.’ This session, recently held in New Delhi, saw the active participation of Chief Vigilance Officers and Deputy Chief Vigilance Officers from these twelve entities.

NHPC Limited, India’s premier hydropower company, organised this program under the guidance of NHPC’s Chief Vigilance Officer, Santosh Kumar. During the session, participants explored various practices, ideas, and innovative approaches aimed at enhancing vigilance administration, in alignment with the directives of the Central Vigilance Commission. All attendees highly praised the program, describing it as interactive and immensely beneficial.

Vigilance Awareness Week 2023, themed “Say no to corruption; commit to the Nation,” is scheduled to be observed from October 30, 2023, to November 5, 2023.
