TGI Shelly, TEAl Chimie & Energie collaborates to boost Green Ammonia in their production plants to meet net-zero emission.
TGI Solar Power Group, Inc. (OTC Markets: TSPG) is delighted to announce that its new management and board of directors have successfully negotiated a collaboration with TEAL Chimie & Energie Inc. that will serve as the company’s access point into the green energy market.
This partnership is in line with the corporate business plan, as the new TGI SHELLY management is putting transformational plans, strategies to build long-term growth, the digital quotient and correlation, growth acceleration, and business ventures in the green sector—all of which increase shareholder value—into action. By pursuing a vertical integration strategy through acquisition and/or a combination of strategic partner companies and contractual agreements, New Management hopes to increase the number of investors in the new TGI Shelly. This will be done by distributing NO SOLIUS (no software, no licence, and no user fees) Shelly AI products related to recent corporate developments, which will strengthen and expand TGI SHELLY.
In order to considerably improve the market for zero-emission ammonia production, TGI Shelly and green ammonia experts TEAL are working together. The TEAL green ammonia production plants will be put into service by TGI in the upcoming years in order to accomplish this. The potential for green ammonia to generate sustainable energy is remarkable.
Of all hydrogen-based energy sources, green ammonia has a much higher volumetric energy density than pure hydrogen. As a result, green ammonia is less expensive and simpler to store and transport. With ammonia-fuelled ships and ammonia power plants already in the works, green ammonia can quickly and effectively replace hydrocarbon-based fuels for a variety of uses owing to existing infrastructure.
Jonathan Martel, CEO of TEAL, said, “We have the utmost confidence in TGI SHELLY and our scientists and engineers to create a viable product. This is why we have chosen TGI Shelly as our partner. We intend to use cutting-edge electrolysers and industry-leading ammonia synthesis.”
They also intend to build facilities around the world that will enable them to generate millions of tonnes of green ammonia from water and air. In place of exhausted fertiliser sources a century ago, ammonia saved humanity from famine, and the cycle will continue. As the engine of the hydrogen economy, ammonia can once again save humanity by displacing petrochemicals in the decarbonisation of agriculture, transportation, and energy storage and production.
Philippe Machuel, CEO of TGI Shelly, commented, “We need to accelerate the development and industrialisation of sustainable solutions while also increasing energy independence, which is why we are delighted to partner with TEAL on the global development of its green ammonia facilities.”
Samuel Epstein, Chief Operating Officer of TGI, saw this partnership with TEAL as an opportunity for new management to hit the ground running. He said, “TGI is delighted to be working with the TEAL on these large-scale, commercial green ammonia plants, this agreement leverages TEAL’s years of ammonia experience and is evidence of the many benefits of the TGI Shelly AI platform, including lowering TEAL’s project costs utilising the most efficient technology. Our partnership is a big step forward towards a more sustainable future, and we look forward to working with our new partners at TEAL in the years ahead.”
