Vikram Solar appoints Dr. Milind Kulkarni as new CTO

Dr. Milind Kulkarni has hands-on experience in the Renewable Sector along with experience in various leadership roles across Semi-Conductor and Solar Energy.

Vikram Solar, one of India’s leading module manufacturers and a comprehensive EPC solutions & rooftop solar provider, has appointed Dr. Milind Kulkarni as the Chief Technical officer (CTO) of the company. 

CTO’s role will be critical in product & technology development and manufacturing design & process development, while supporting the company’s expansion and achieving technological breakthrough.

Dr. Kulkarni has a PhD in Chemical Engineering and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis. He has a profound experience of over 24 years with skills in Technology Development and Deployment, Product Development, Application Engineering & Pre-Sales, Market Intelligence & Insight led Decision Making. He has hands on experience in the Renewable Sector and also experience in various leadership roles across Semi-Conductor and Solar Energy.

Prior to joining Vikram Solar, Milind Kulkarni has served in various leadership roles with entities including Suzlon, Svagos Technik, Inc, GCL Solar Materials, SunEdison and MEMC Electronic Materials.
