Vikram Solar unveils SURYAVA  modules powered with hetero junction technology

SURYAVA redefines solar efficiency with its bifacial design and heterojunction technology (HJT). The 20 Busbar module achieves over 23 percent efficiency with G12 cells, delivering superior performance and durability.

Vikram Solar Limited, one of the leading Indian solar module manufacturers, has unveiled its latest innovation, the Brand SURYAVA high-performance bifacial module incorporating heterojunction technology (HJT). Inspired by the Sanskrit word ‘Surya’, SURYAVA encapsulates the essence of solar energy, symbolising the warmth, radiance, and life-giving power of the sun, promising a new era of sustainable energy solutions. This product was officially launched at the company’s Advisory Board Meeting, graced by Chairman of the Advisory Board Alok Srivastava (Retd. IAS), Independent Director K. Subramanya, and esteemed members of the Advisory Board, which included industry veterans like S.P. Gon Chaudhuri, J.P. Dua, Pankaj Agarwal, and Suresh Menon. 

‘SURYAVA’ is aimed at redefining solar efficiency with its bifacial module design and heterojunction technology (HJT). Unlike traditional solar cells, HJT comprises both crystalline and amorphous silicon layers, creating a synergistic effect that boosts energy generation. This innovative approach allows the SURYAVA  20 Busbar module to achieve efficiency levels exceeding 23 percent with G12 cells, delivering superior performance and durability compared to conventional solar modules.
