VinFast Auto India and RoadGrib partner to introduce charging infrastructure

VinFast Auto India has announced a strategic service partnership with RoadGrid to establish nationwide aftersales and charging infrastructure.

VinFast Auto India has announced a partnership with RoadGrid to develop nationwide after sales and charging infrastructure ahead of its first vehicle deliveries.

Under the agreement, VinFast plans to establish 120 extended service workshops in India through a collaboration with RoadGrid, a leading EV charging and aftersales solutions company with over 200 outlets and multiple cities in India. Its expertise spans the development of charging stations and integrated maintenance services for EV owners and fleet operators.

Pham Sanh Chau, CEO of VinFast Asia, said, “The combined will provide real-time charging access, diagnostics-driven service solutions, and seamless digital integration to VinFast customers while also strengthening India’s EV ecosystem. This partnership is central to VinFast’s strategy of ensuring quality, accessibility, and long-term customer support.”
