Elmeasure acquires stake in Australia-based firm Static Power  

The company has initially acquired a minority stake, marking the start of a strategic collaboration, setting the stage for a phased acquisition over the next five years, ultimately leading to full ownership.

Elmeasure India Pvt Ltd, a leader in smart and sustainable energy management solutions, is pleased to announce the acquisition of a minority stake in Static Power Pty Ltd, an Australian-based company specialising in static transfer switches. This initial investment sets the foundation for a phased acquisition plan, expected to unfold over the next five years, ultimately resulting in full ownership.
