Hitesh R Karandikar is ERDA’s new Director

Electrical Research and Development Association (ERDA) is on a continuous growth trajectory over the last few years and is diversifying into various new domains in the field of testing and evaluation, field services, R&D and expert services. With the sustained growth of the organisation, it has been decided to strengthen the management team of the organisation.
We are pleased to inform that Hitesh R. Karandikar has been appointed as the new Director of Electrical Research and Development Association (ERDA). Karandikaris a graduate electrical engineer from Gujarat University. He has completed his MBA on finance and marketing from Sikkim Manipal University and has obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from M.S. University, Vadodara. Hitesh Karandikar brings with him 27 years of industry experience from GEB, DNV, KLG Systel, Bureau Veritas and GETRI. In his last assignment Hitesh Karandikar was working as Director GETRI (under GUVNL).
H. K. Mishra, who was working as an Acting Director of ERDA has been promoted as Additional Director ERDA. Mishra will be assisting Hitesh Karandikar in successfully functioning his responsibility.
