Grundfos India installs a roof top solar power plant

Grundfos Pumps India Pvt. Ltd (Grundfos India) announced the successful installation of a roof top solar power plant at its headquarters in Chennai. The estimated annual power generation from this plant will be 78,000 kWh with an annual cost savings of ` 13 lakhs. This will also lead to a reduction of 25,000 litres of diesel consumption annually, contributing to a reduction of 70 tonnes of CO2 emission per year.
