Hartek Power, an EPC company based in Chandigarh having expertise in executing high-voltage turnkey substations and power infrastructure projects, has commissioned three substations on complete EPC basis for 38-MW solar power projects worth about Rs 220 crore in Punjab and Chhattisgarh in the first quarter of financial year 2015-16.
