India’s power plants are facing significant challenges when it comes to efficiency. In addition, India’s power infrastructure needs to be improved, with a large percentage of the population needing access to reliable electricity. To address these challenges, the Indian government has set ambitious targets for increasing renewable energy capacity and improving the efficiency of existing power plants.
