KUSAM-MECO Infrared Thermal Imaging Camera Models KM 321 and KM 322 offer high IR resolution capabilities. The KM 321 features a resolution of 384 x 288, while the KM 322 boasts 640 x 480 resolution. Each model comes with a specific focal length – 15 mm for KM 321 and 25 mm for KM 322 – and utilises a 17µm pixel size. The Thermal Sensitivity/NETD is ≤ 50 MK @ 25˚C, employing an uncooled microbolometer detector. Additionally, these cameras support 1x-8x zoom and operate at an image frequency of 30 Hz, featuring a manual focus mode.

For temperature measurement, the cameras offer a range from -20˚C to 600˚C (extendable up to 1600˚C) with an accuracy of ± 2˚C or ± 2% of the maximum reading. They support multiple screening modes such as High temperature, Low temperature, and Interval temperature, along with 1 global and 8 local temperature measurement points. Alarm functionality allows for real-time temperature anomaly monitoring.

The display is a 4.3’’ LCD capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 800×480 pixels, ensuring visibility even in sunlight. It offers four screen display modes: Visible Light, Thermal Imaging, Dual Band Fusion, and Picture-In-Picture. Color palettes including Black Heat, White Heat, Iron Red, High Contrast, Red Saturation, and Jet Mode enhance image interpretation.

These cameras support real-time video capture and recording, with storage options including USB Type C, TF Card, and Mini-HDMI, offering a storage capacity of 32 GB. Field notes can be added in voice (45s) or text (100 words) format. Powered by Li-Ion batteries, they provide IP 54 protection and come with a Manual and Carrying Case.

The “KUSAM-MECO” Digital Clampmeter Model KM 2731 is a low-cost yet sturdy AC TRMS Clampmeter with a jaw opening of 26 mm. It features AC current measurement up to 600A, AC/DC voltage measurement up to 600V, and resistance measurement up to 40 MΩ. Additionally, it offers capacitance measurement up to 40.00 mf and temperature measurement range from -40˚C to 1000˚C using a K-Type Thermocouple.

The display is a LCD 33/4 Digits 4000 Counts with Display Hold function and backlight for dark area readings. It alerts when the selected input signal exceeds the instrument’s range and includes a flashlight for dark area work. Auto Power Off and Low Battery indication enhance usability. Supplied with Test Leads, Manual, Thermocouple (up to 250˚C), and Carrying Case, it is compact and convenient.

The “KUSAM-MECO” 1000A AC Digital Clampmeter with Inrush Current Model KM 9999A+ offers versatile AC/DC measurement capabilities. It features a 6000 counts LCD display, 42 mm jaw opening, and Autoranging functions. Measurements include DC voltage, AC/DC current, resistance, capacitance, temperature (using a K-Type Thermocouple), and inrush current (up to 1000A).

The AC current measuring range can be expanded to 3000 Amps with the iFlex Current Coil. It offers Max./Min. readings, Data Hold, and Non-Contact AC Voltage detection functions. High overload protection and lightweight design make it suitable for various applications. It operates on 3×1.5V batteries and includes Test Leads, User Manual, Battery, Thermocouple (up to 250˚C), and Carrying Case.
