THERMAL IMAGING CAMERA- MODEL TG-305

KUSAM-MECO has added a low-cost, high infrared image resolution Thermal Imaging Camera to its range. The infrared camera features a 320×240 resolution, -20°C to 300°C measurement range, and a 56°x 42° field of view. It has a 2.8-inch TFT display, 300,000-pixel image resolution, and 0.5m shortest focal length. This new imager is designed for Non-Contact Detection and calculation of apparent surface temperature. The thermal image creation is based on the temperature variation.

It has a TFT colour LCD to provide fast and accurate readings for most surface temperature measurements. These imagers are built to work in tough environments and are ideal for troubleshooting electrical systems, electro-mechanical equipment, process equipment, HVAC/R equipment, etc. It is also used to search for concealed fire sources in fire control, analyse the leakage position and heat loss of thermal pipeline & heating equipment, and determine the position of heating failure in the operation of trains—night monitoring of security departments.

Its function includes storing thermal and visible images that can be read through USB. The highest and lowest temperature cursor may guide the users to the areas with the highest and lowest temperatures. This thermal imaging device features a customisable colour palette, adjustable emissivity (0.01 to 1.00), and a 9Hz frame rate. It operates in the 8-14µm wavelength range and offers colour palette options such as Rainbow, Iron Oxide Red, Cold Colour, Black and White, and White and Black. It is a versatile tool with a micro-USB 2.0 communication port, a 3G memory card (storing over 20,000 JPG images), and a rechargeable battery lasting 2-3 hours. The auto power-off function is selectable, and the 325g device includes a manual, USB cable, power adapter, software CD, and an instrument box.

DIGITAL HANDHELD DC MICRO OHM METER (10A)- MODEL – KM OHM 8502

KUSAM-MECO has introduced a new hand-held DC Micro ohm meter having a current output of 10A. DC Model KM OHM 8502. This is a portable hand-held instrument that can be carried anywhere. It adopts microprocessor technology, a 4-wire method for testing safe, precise and reliable readings. It is used for measuring the resistance of transformer windings, grounding conductor continuity tests, cable wire tests, switches, and contact resistance of relays, coils, motors, lightning protection belts, etc. It is composed of the instrument, monitoring software, test leads, communication cables, etc. It is suitable for on-site applications. It uses Rechargeable batteries. It has a full-colour large-screen LCD Display, convenient and easy-to-use one-touch screen operation, and an overload prevention function.

The measurement range is 10.0µΩ (resolution 0.1µΩ) to 50.00KΩ. It has large-capacity data storage (500 sets of Data). The software can do functions such as historical data, analysis, etc. The measuring current is 10A, 5A, 1A, 0.1A, 10mA, 1mA. The Maximum Short Circuit Current is 10 A. It operates on a 12.6V DC 2500m Ah large-capacity lithium battery. Auto power off after 15 minutes of no operation. The instruments weigh 1100g. and the test leads to 850 gms. It is supplied with Test Leads, a USB cable, a Charger, a software CD and an instrument Box.

CONTACT TYPE HIGH VOLTAGE DETECTOR- MODEL- KM-CVD-11 KV / KM-CVD-33 KV

‘KUSAM-MECO’ has added two new “Contact Type High Voltage Detectors”, 11 KV and 33 KV, to their existing range of high voltage detectors. These detectors are used for testing the power frequency voltage on AC high-voltage lines and electrical equipment. It has a feature of audible and visible alarms to indicate live voltage. It uses Epoxy resin, which is very light and has high insulating properties.

The rod is telescopic, and the length can be adjusted according to the test distance. It has a highly insulated rubber handle for a firm grip. The minimum length of the 11 KV rod is 1’, and the maximum length is 3’ 8”, whereas for the 33KV rod, the minimum length is 1’ 3”, and the maximum length is 5’ 2”. There are 6 sections of the Telescopic Insulated stick.
