KUSAM-MECO, the leader in portable electronic test and measurement technology, has introduced a new Model Thermal Image Camera (TG-301) for use in applications like electrical fault prediction, overheat connection, car manufacturing industry, transformer connector abnormality, etc.
The ergonomically designed pistol grip has an excellent industrial design, 16,384 pixels thermal image after interpolation, and compact UV refrigerant leak detector with 5 UV/blue LEDs. It has a temperature range from -30°C to 650°C with accuracy of 1.5°C having a response time <300 ms. It has an IR array imaging detector with 30° field of view (H X W), 650°C upper sense range, and 150mk thermo imaging sensitivity. It has 3 colour palettes (greyscale, hot iron, and rainbow). The saved image format is bitmap (BMP) image with temperature and emissivity. The battery life is 16 hours with laser and backlight on.
The thermal imager has a navigator key operation, True D/S 30:1 with precise indication laser, bright flashlight, and 1.77-inch TFT LCD. The power source is 3 XAA batteries and dimension is 185 X 51 X 100 mm. It has an IEC 68-2-6 safety rating. Its EMC is EN61326 with EN60825-1 Class II laser safety.
Now, technicians in industrial plants can click images exactly as per their requirement with thermography.
