High-voltage products can reduce transmission losses

High-voltage products can reduce transmission losses
.

When solar energy and energy storage devices work together, the quantity of power drawn from the grid may be reduced, and customer profits can rise.
How are energy trends affecting the market for energy equipment and accessories?
Over the decades, energy patterns significantly shifted from coal to crude  oil. Recently we have been talking about renewables at a larger scale, majorly energy derived from solar generation. In photovoltaic solutions, we are examining new trends in low voltage, where the  operating voltage climbed from 690V AC to 800V AC, and the operating voltage in the DC solutions range moved up to 1500V DC to decrease power losses.
How does the energy equipment business respond to India’s ever-increasing demand for uninterrupted power?
These developments, which will determine the future of energy policies, are being driven by technological progress, the deployment of renewable energy, new energy legislation, and shifting consumer behaviour. India is ready to address the increasing power  demand. If we talk about CHINT, we have products and solutions from the grid to chip in the electrical and automation
sectors that can easily address the growing demand of the power industry.
What are the market’s concerns, particularly regarding the cost and sourcing of raw materials?
The initial move toward cost optimisation and creating many prospects for multinational companies was the initiative toward “made in India.” However, when we talk about the availability of raw materials and the cost of manufacturing, they are still the most significant concerns in addressing the customer’s needs in India. According to CHINT,  we already have a reliable source of raw  materials for making electrical and automation goods. The quantity of work we do at CHINT will undoubtedly decrease the OPEX costs, which will be passed on to our Indian consumers.
What policies assist the industry in increasing localisation and domestic manufacturing in this sector?
Make in India is an initiative to support domestic manufacturing and  localisation. The electrical industry is entirely dependent on electricity usage and shifting consumer behaviour. Local  governments should develop measures encouraging major global companies to invest heavily in local manufacturing. Today’s circumstances must change, and decision-makers should concentrate  more on developing user-friendly regulations to encourage multinational corporations to increase their investments in the Indian market.
What kind of efficient equipment is expected when the global energy sector becomes green in the next few years?
We have been discussing how solar energy may supplement green energy. In the future, hydrogen—a pure fuel that burns in fuel cells and solely creates water—will be the talk of the town. Several home energy sources  including natural gas, nuclear energy, biomass, and renewable energy sources like the sun and wind, can be used to manufacture hydrogen. Because of these characteristics, it is a desirable fuel choice for transportation and  energy-generating applications. It has several uses, including in homes, automobiles, and portable electricity. Therefore, the industry would be
seeking equipment that supports hydrogen power as far as the equipment is concerned .
